Where can I hold a Stagecoach Party?
Stagecoach Parties can either come to your home or to a venue that you have hired. We usually recommend a clear space of at least 20 square feet (7 x 7 meters) without obstacles or hazards. If the party is being held in your home, ornaments or breakable objects should be put out of reach. Stagecoach Parties can also be run outside, weather permitting. Some Stagecoach Principals also run parties from their own party venues.

How many Party Entertainers are needed and how long do the parties last?
For children between four and six years of age, we can cater for up to 15 children with one Party Host and up to 30 with additional party staff. The birthday parties run for two hours. For seven to ten year olds we can cater for up to 20 children with one Party Person and up to 30 with additional party staff. Our parties run for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Parties that run from a Stagecoach venue run for 2 hours only. Our Murder Mystery Parties have one party entertainer and run for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Can parents watch the party?
Stagecoach staff are the entertainers for this event. The organizer of the party is responsible for the wellbeing of all the children attending, therefore, we do require one adult to be on hand in the party room at all times.
We strongly request that parents and friends do not remain in the same room during the birthday party. The presence of multiple adults can be a distraction and also inhibits the children making them more reluctant to join in. However, parents are invited to watch and take part in the last 10 minutes of the party during which the children will show some of the party activities.

Can younger or older children join in?
It is sometimes possible for siblings to take part during the party games, this depends on their age-group and must be discussed with your local Stagecoach Party Provider. Stagecoach Parties have been designed for a specific age-range and are not suitable for much younger or older children.

How do I know that the Party Host will be good?
All our Party Hosts will be extremely knowledgeable about all the themes, games and activities. Our Party Hosts are our most experienced Stagecoach teachers and highly skilled at involving all children in their activities. Please follow their advice wherever possible. They have all been trained and have been checked through the CRB for suitability to work with young children.

What happens after I have paid my deposit and made a booking?
Your local Stagecoach Party Provider will send you a letter confirming all details including themed invitations to send out to your guests and the name of your Party Host. A few days before the party, your Party Host will call you to go through all the details and most importantly find out about your child. It is the responsibility of the parent to provide food and birthday cake at all the parties. We do not provide food.

Do you provide Party Bags?
Yes, we can provide Stagecoach Party Bags at an extra cost. We provide a boy bag and a girl bag, contents include a book and 3 other items, for example: a stationary pack, bracelet, bouncy ball. We do not include sweets or chocolates in the bags however we can leave them open if you would like to include birthday cake or any other extras.

Do you provide costumes?
We provide a selection of accessories to for the children to use during the party, the Party Host will be in full costume of the chosen theme. The children may come in fancy dress to the party if they wish but it is optional.
